This document contains terms and conditions for Ngalih.com (NGALIH) websites (SITE).
By using the SITE you agree to the Terms of Use, which are subject to change. These Terms of Use shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies to any third parties. NGALIH’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver by NGALIH of any provision or any other right it has to enforce.
You may access the NGALIH SITE to search the Internet. This service is provided for your own personal information and use only. No commercial or use that could be construed as commercial use is permitted without the expresss written consent of Ngalih.

NGALIH also reserves the right to interrupt the operation of the SITE in its entirety or in part, as necessary NGALIH deems necessary. Any Software that is provided by NGALIH or made available for download from this server is the copyrighted work of NGALIH. and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, which accompanies or is provided for the Software. In some cases, NGALIH may require that a license agreement must be signed before a Developer receives a copy of its software.
Any reproduction or redistribution of any NGALIH Software not in accordance with the applicable license agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, NGALIH HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ALL INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO DEVELOPERS AND LICENSEES IS PROVIDED “AS IS.”
General
Your sole remedy against NGALIH for dissatisfaction with the SITE or any SERVICE is to stop using the SITE or any such SERVICE.
The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and NGALIH and govern your use of the SITE, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and any remaining provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the SITE or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
If NGALIH does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, NGALIH will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in action to any other relief granted to NGALIH.
